The effect of using scouting games on motor compatibility and learning some leadership skills in scouting for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

Abstract
Scouting games have a great impact on the physical, social, cognitive, and psychological aspects of individuals, which contribute to satisfying their tendencies for adventure away from the traditional pattern, and works to develop the individual's motor skills specific to the type of activity, and that the increasing interest in educational methods that make the learner a focus of it, including the style Learning by playing in order to achieve the best results in learning scouting skills, and motor compatibility is one of the important motor abilities in that, and the importance of research as it deals with a vital topic for workers in the educational process and the scouting field by the researcher preparing a set of exercises related to the style of learning by playing in harmony and learning some skills Scouting, up to students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the correct performance, to achieve the main goal of its learning process, and the problem of research lies in the existence of discrepancies among some teachers in following the methods used in the process of learning Scouting skills, and that some of them do not achieve great benefit in the learning process, which made the process Educational is a process that moves away in most aspects from excitement and suspense, and that the possibility of adopting Asal Other including the method of learning by playing in learning scouting skills is the best solution to move away from traditional methods to achieve the goals of the learning process, and the aim of the research is to prepare scout games in the style of learning by playing and its effect on motor compatibility and to learn the skill of pioneering work in scouting for students of the College of Physical Education and Sciences, and to adopt the experimental approach The research was conducted on a sample of first-grade students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Diyala University for the academic year 2018-2019 and their number (24) students were divided into two experimental and control groups of (12) students. For each group after the homogenization process was carried out, the experimental group carried out the exercises for the style of learning by playing, while the control group adopted the approach followed in the college.
