Abstract
The aim of the research is to codify the measure of proactive behavior of swimming pool administrations in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and from the point of view of workers. The areas of research lie: the human field: workers in the swimming pools of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, the temporal domain: 2/1/2023 to 2/5/2023 and the spatial domain: the swimming pools of the Kurdistan Region of IraqThe researcher used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the problem. The research community included (300) workers in the swimming pools of the Kurdistan region, and the research sample consisted of (133) workers, and the sample was chosen randomly. Then, a proactive behavior measure consisting of (48) phrases was applied to the research sample, from 01/2/2023 AD to 01/02/2023) and the sample answers were corrected and the statistical bag (SPSS) was used to find the z-score and standard levels. The researcher concluded, based on the results of rationing, to use bicycles for the scale as a criterion for measuring proactive behavior. The researcher recommended using the current scale as a scientific method to measure proactive behavior, and the possibility of using the current scale by researchers and specialists.
