The effect of using the front court areas in learning the tennis volleyball skill for beginners

Abstract:
The importance of the research lies in the use of the front area of the court in learning the skill of the flying strike as well as developing the level of playing performance through the use of that skill and confronting the changes that occur during the game. Ground tennis, by knowing the player about the timing of advancing to the net to deal with the dropped balls, in which the player is in the case of responding an offensive strike with an offensive strike and obtaining a point. It can contribute to the development of the technical performance of some of the technical stages, which the researcher believes that using this area of the stadium will contribute to the development of the performance and technical stages of the strike. The research sample was determined by the intended intentional method, and they are the players of the specialized center for tennis in Baquba, who number (8) players, and the sample represents (100%) of the research community, and the field research procedures included the application of special exercises in this area of the court and conducting a performance test. The exercises are within the main section of the training unit and lasted from 45-50 minutes, at the rate of (3) units per week for a period of (8) weeks. It has an impact on improving the level of performance through the results obtained, and the results showed an improvement in the performance of the research sample. The researcher recommends the need to use these exercises in the frontal area in the process of training and learning and diversity in the use of modern methods and various and appropriate learning means.
