The current research aims to trace the historical and analytical path of technology's impact on the physical education system, from primitive tools to artificial intelligence and virtual reality applications. The descriptive-analytical and historical methods were used due to their relevance to the study's nature. The research goal was to highlight how modern technologies have changed the philosophy of sports teaching and methods of physical measurement and evaluation. The findings revealed that technological development is no longer a complementary addition but has become a fundamental pillar in individualizing sports education and enhancing motor performance. The research recommended integrating technical culture into physical education teacher preparation programs.
