Abstract

Personality is all the characteristics of the individual, some of which are hidden or apparent, and these characteristics are what distinguish individuals from each other according to the qualities, traits, and behaviors that the individual possesses, and they are what determine the way the individual deals with society, which reflects in society’s dealings with them, and among these characters is the empowered personality, which aims The study aims to build and codify a measure of the bully personality of futsal coaches and identify the bully personality differences according to the academic achievement of futsal coaches. The researcher used the descriptive approach because it suits the research problem. As for the research population, futsal coaches for the year (2023), the research population consists of (100). ) coach, and after completing the application of the scale on the sample of the main experiment, the questionnaires were examined and all of them were fully answered, for the bully personality scale, and the data was transcribed and processed statistically (SPSS). The researcher concluded that achievement affects the bully personality. The greater the academic achievement and culture of the coach, the less the bully personality he has. The researcher recommended Study of the empowerment personality scale in all sports and educational institutions.
