Codification of the measure of leadership practices according to the cognitive models of specialized supervisors in the general directorates of education in Iraq.

Abstract
The importance of the research is embodied in the fact that it deals with a vital topic that has not received attention in studies and research. And time, and continuous improvement of performance, the research aims to codify the measure of leadership practices according to the cognitive models of supervisors specializing in the general directorates of education in Iraq And the temporal field from (11/9/2022) to (3/4/2023), the spatial field represents the general directorates of education in Iraq, the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the problem. The intentional method, while the research sample consisted of (110) supervisors of specialization, and then the measure of leadership practices was applied according to the cognitive models consisting of (40) items on the sample consisting of (110) supervisors of specialization on (10/2/2023 to 15/3/ 2023) The statistical bag was used to extract the scientific foundations and set standard levels for the scale, and the researcher reached a number of conclusions, including He reached and rationed the measure of leadership practices with its dimensions (setting the fields) for the supervisors of specialization, and the researcher recommended the researcher to use the measure of leadership practices according to the cognitive models.
