A study of the dimensions of psychological burnout and its relationship to the dimensions of the list of the five major factors of personality for teachers of physical education in Anbar Governorate

The research aims to identify the dimensions of psychological burnout (emotional stress). , dullness of feelings, lack of a sense of achievement), and identifying the dimensions of personality traits according to a model A list of the five major factors (control, taking responsibility, emotional balance, social), and identifying the relationship of the dimensions of psychological burnout and its total degree with the dimensions of personal characteristics according to the model of the list of the five major factors and its total degree among physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Anbar Governorate, for the period between 16/ 1/ 2022 to 10/ 3/ 2022 AD.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research sample was represented by teachers of physical education in the General Directorate of Education of Anbar Governorate in intermediate and preparatory schools for the academic year 2021-2022 AD, whose number is (170) teachers. The researcher applied and used the two scales (psychological burnout). And (personal characteristics according to the Big Five Factors List model), and the program (IBM SPSS Statistics Ver24) was used to process the data.
Statistically, the researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the psychological burnout scale with the personality traits scale according to the Big Five Factors Model, and that there is a significant negative correlation between the dimensions of the psychological burnout scale (after emotional stress, after dulling feelings, after lack of a sense of achievement) with dimensions Personal traits scale according to the Big Five Factors model (after extraversion, after openness, after kindness, after vigilance of conscience), and with a positive significant correlation between the dimensions of the burnout scale (after emotional stress, after dulling feelings, after lack of a sense of achievement) with ( After neuroticism) of the personality traits scale according to the list of the five major factors model, and with the existence of a negative significant correlation of the total score of the burnout scale with the total score of the personality traits scale according to the model of the list of the five major factors of physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education of Anbar Governorate.
