تأثير الحوكمة على مستوى الاستثمار بالمؤسسات الرياضية في العراق

يهدف البحث تعرف تأثير مستوى الحوكمة على مستوى الاستثمار الرياضي في المؤسسات الرياضية العراقية و استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لطبيعة البحث قام الباحث باختيار عينة عمدية قدرها (156) فردا من اعضاء الهيئات الادارية بالأندية الرياضية ، اعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية ، رؤساء الاندية ، اعضاء الوحدات القانونية بالاتحادات الرياضية ، اعضاء الشعبة القانونية بوزارة الشباب والرياضة. وقد قام الباحث بتقسيم عينة البحث الى عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية : قوامها (31) فردا بغرض تقنين استمارة الاستبيان من مجتمع البحث الاصلي ومن خارج عينة الدراسة الاساسية ، و عينة الدراسة الأساسية : قوامها (125) فردا بغرض تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان الخاصة بالبحث قام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبيان لأفراد وفئات مجتمع البحث ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها، المحددات الخارجية تتمثل في" تنظيم المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية ،التشريعات والقوانين والاجراءات المنظمة للمؤسسات الرياضية ،كفاءة الجهاز الرقابي اللازم لمتابعة المشروعات الاستثمارية الرياضية ،كفاءة النظام المالي الذى يسمح بقيام المشروعات الاستثمارية الرياضية ،المناخ العام للاستثمار للنشاط الاقتصادي" ضمان التقارير المالية بالمؤسسة الرياضية وراي مراقب الحسابات فيها .
