Serotonin HormoneAbstract
After the field visit that the researcher conducted to Dar Al-Aman to house vagrants, the researcher measured the level of serotonin (the happiness hormone) in the blood of the sample during the research. The incidence on the sample members during the research, as this decline is an indication of the behavioral manifestations of the sample members in the research, which are the manifestations of isolation, anxiety, lack of focus and feelings of sadness evident on the residents of that house. Physical activity for individuals, then the researcher chose the experimental method of one group to fit it with the research sample chosen by the researcher in a deliberate way from the original community. Exercises regulated according to heart rates, while giving appropriate rest for that intensity, taking into account the specificity and differences of the individual Friendly to the sample as it is not practicing different physical activities after the end of the exercise period. The level of the serotonin hormone was measured in the blood and after processing the raw scores of the pre and post tests and looking at the degree of the significance level. For the dimensional measurement compared to the tribal measurement, so the researcher relied on the negation of the null theory and the adoption of the alternative hypothesis that confirmed the existence of a statistically significant difference. A small space is enough to practice these activities.
