الملخص

This study aims to determine the effect of adapting sport-specific physical capacities on improving speed endurance and 400-meter sprint performance among deaf athletes, while evaluating the correlational strength between explosive power, speed-strength, and digital performance times.

The researcher employed an experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control) comprising ($N = 12$) athletes. A dedicated physical assessment battery was administered, including the medicine ball throw test (measuring explosive power), the 30-meter bounding/hop run test (measuring speed-strength), and the 400-meter sprint performance test.

The findings demonstrated statistically significant differences favoring the post-test assessments, with the experimental group exhibiting superior outcomes across all measured variables. Strong, statistically significant correlations were confirmed between specific physical capacities, speed endurance, and 400-meter sprint achievement. The study concludes that targeted conditioning of specific physical capacities substantially enhances speed endurance and athletic achievement in 400-meter runners, underscoring the necessity of integrating specialized, directed drills into training programs to maximize competitive results.
