Reviewer Guidlines

Introduction

Reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the quality, integrity, and scientific value of published research. The journal relies on expert reviewers to provide objective, constructive, timely, and confidential evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to:

  • Evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all submitted materials.
  • Declare any conflict of interest before accepting a review assignment.
  • Complete reviews within the requested review period.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based comments that support editorial decisions.
  • Respect ethical standards and avoid personal criticism of authors.

Review Criteria

Reviewers should assess manuscripts based on the following criteria:

1. Originality and Contribution

  • Does the manuscript provide original research?
  • Does it contribute new knowledge to the field?

2. Relevance and Scope

  • Is the manuscript aligned with the aims and scope of the journal?
  • Is the topic important and relevant?

3. Scientific Quality

  • Are the objectives clearly defined?
  • Is the methodology appropriate and scientifically sound?
  • Are data collection and analysis methods valid?

4. Structure and Presentation

  • Is the manuscript well organized?
  • Are tables, figures, and references presented appropriately?
  • Is the language clear and academically acceptable?

5. Results and Discussion

  • Are results presented clearly?
  • Are conclusions supported by the findings?

6. Ethical Compliance

Reviewers should report concerns regarding:

  • Plagiarism or duplicate publication.
  • Data fabrication or falsification.
  • Ethical concerns related to human or animal studies.
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Review Recommendations

At the end of the review, reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:

  • Accept Submission
  • Minor Revisions Required
  • Major Revisions Required
  • Reject Submission

Reviewers should provide detailed comments for both editors and authors.

Confidentiality

Manuscripts under review must be treated as confidential documents and may not be shared, discussed, copied, or used for personal advantage.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must decline invitations if they have financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that may affect impartiality.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

If reviewers use AI-assisted tools to improve language or organization of comments, responsibility for the review remains entirely with the reviewer. Manuscript content must not be uploaded to external systems that may compromise confidentiality.

Ethical Standards

The journal follows internationally recognized publication ethics principles and encourages reviewers to support transparency, fairness, and research integrity throughout the peer-review process.
