Online Submission

The Journal of Sport Sciences receives manuscript submissions electronically through the journal’s online submission system. Authors are required to log in to the journal website or create a new account before submitting their manuscripts. All submissions must comply with the journal’s author guidelines, submission  requirements, peer-review procedures, and publication policies.

Submission Preparation Requirements

1. Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that the  following requirements are fulfilled: The manuscript is original, has not been previously published,and is not currently under consideration or peer review by any other journal or publication venue.

2. The manuscript falls within the scope of the journal, including physical education, sport sciences, sports rehabilitation, sports  management, and related fields.

3.The manuscript complies with the journal template and author  guidelines regarding scientific structure, page limit, font style,  tables, figures, and referencing style.

4. The manuscript file must be submitted in an editable format,  preferably Microsoft Word, along with any supplementary  files requested by the Editorial Board when necessary.

5. The manuscript must include a clear title, abstract, keywords,  complete author information, institutional affiliations, email  addresses, and identification of the corresponding author.

6. All tables, figures, and illustrations must be placed within the text in their appropriate locations, numbered consecutively,  clearly titled, and cited in the manuscript.

7. References must be accurately cited in the text and listed in the reference section, with URLs or DOI links provided whenever  available.

8. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and comply with the principles of research and publication ethics, including avoidance of plagiarism, duplicate submission,  redundant publication, and manipulation of data or results.

9. For studies involving human participants, physical tests,  health-related data, or physiological measurements, ethical approval and informed consent must be clearly stated in accordance with the requirements of the relevant scientific authority.

Incomplete submissions or manuscripts that do not comply with the author guidelines will not be processed. The Editorial Board reserves the right to return such manuscripts to the authors for completion or  correction before initial screening or peer review.
