Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any potential conflict of interest that may affect scientific judgment, interpretation of results, or publication decisions. If a conflict of interest exists for a reviewer or editorial board member, that individual must be excluded from handling the manuscript and replaced by an appropriate alternative in order to preserve the independence of the  editorial decision.
