The role of administrative bodies in administrative reform for sport clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq from the point view of training staff

Abstract:

The research aims Building a questionnaire of administrative reform Identifying the differences between the arithmetic means and the hypothetical means of administrative reform and dimensions.

The researchers adopted the descriptive survey method for suitability to achieve the research objectives, The research community included (224) persons from training staff of sport clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq They represent (44) clubs.Where it is reconnaissance experiment (23)The researchers divided the research community into two parts, one for construction and the other for application, Where the construction sample consisted of (113) presons، With a percentage of (37%) of the total research community, As for the application sample, it consisted of (88) individuals from the total research community، with a percentage of (29%) from the total community. The data were processed statistically through the program (spss).

researchers drew several conclusions, including  The validity of the administrative reform questionnaire for sport clubs in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq from the point view of training staff. The results showed that there are significant differences between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean for the dimension of the organizational structure in the administrative reform and in favor of the hypothetical mean.
