Building the Photographical Memory Test for the Legal Rules of Arbitration Signs in Volleyball for Forth Stage Students in Colleges of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in Iraq

The objective of the research
The research aims at building the photographical memory test for the legal rules of arbitration signs in volleyball for forth stage students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences in iraq.The two researchers talked about the most important literary sources related to the subject of their research, as well as related studies and show the similarities and differences.
The researcher had been used the descriptive method in the survey method and the standard levels, because it is the best and easiest method to reach the achievement of the research objectives. The research collection has been identified with fourth-stage students in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq, they are around (1867) students according to registration statistics in each university, distributed among (18) ) colleges, and the sample was divided as follows: (43) students for the exploratory experiment, (312) students for the main experiment, and (465) students for the legalizing sample. By conducting the exploratory experiments, it was confirmed that the test is valid and its scientific characteristics (honesty, stability, and objectivity) were achieved, as well as his or her ability to distinguish a sample of the research. An appropriate statistical treatments were conducted for the construction process.
These are the following conclusions which have resulted from the research as follows:
Building the photographical memory test for the legal rules of arbitration signs in volleyball for the forth stage students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq and within the limits of the study of the research area , (98) phrases were resulted which distributed to eight fields, and standard marks have been set and levels were set for through the previous conclusions the two researchers recommend that it’s necessarily and essential of using the photographical memory test in the legal arbitration signals in volleyball for students of the fourth stage in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq. as well as the necessity of give a classes of volleyball for fourth-stage students in equal and right way between the theoretical part of the rule of the game( volleyball) and legal arbitration signals and between the practical part of playing strategies, as well as make a similar studies to this study and at other stages in order to improve and develop educational syllabus in volleyball game in Iraqi universities.
