Abstract

The importance of the research came through finding exercises in both ballistic and plyometric styles, through which the two physical abilities (explosive power and speed-specific power) can be developed. In order to reach the best physical and skill levels, the study aimed to prepare exercises in the ballistic style using different resistances in developing explosive power, which is characterized by speed and accuracy in the performance of crushing hitting with volleyball, as well as identifying the effect of exercises in the ballistic style using different resistances in developing explosive power, which is characterized by speed and accuracy of crushing performance. With volleyball, the researchers adopted the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The researcher used the experimental design with two groups (experimental - control) with two pre and post tests. 14) players, and (2) players were excluded, and exploratory experiments were conducted on them. The researcher chose the research sample in the intentional way, and the sample was divided into two control and experimental groups, each group numbering (6) players. The research procedures included conducting exploratory experiments and conducting tests that included ( Testing the explosive and rapid strength of the legs and arms, and testing the accuracy of performing the crushing hit), the application period starts from 10/3/2021 until 12/8/2021, at the rate of two training units per week for a period of (8) weeks, i.e. (18) training units, in Days (Sundays and Wednesdays) of each week, and the researcher concluded that the training in the ballistic style using different resistances has an effect on developing the explosive power, which is distinguished by speed and accuracy of the crushing performance of the volleyball, and that the ballistic training prepared by the researcher had an effect in improving the explosive power and the distinctive power With the speed of the two men through the results that have been reached, and the researchers recommend emphasizing the training in the ballistic method in developing some physical capabilities (explosive power and the force characteristic of the speed of the two men), and emphasizing the development of physical capabilities in a scientific and thoughtful manner because of their positive impact on the development of skills for Volleyball players.
