Abstract

This chapter includes the introduction to the research and its importance, as the importance of the research lies in the study of psychological experiences and their relationship to the intellectual stress of team sports coaches by means of the psychological experience scale that the researcher builds and standardizes for this category of coaches who are exposed to psychological pressures and difficulties they face in training and competitions.

Research problem:After seeing the researcher about the previous studies, it became clear to the researcher that the subject of psychological experiences in the sports field was not addressed, so the researcher decided to study psychological experiences, as well as the lack of a measuring tool to measure the psychological experiences of team games coaches in Iraq, so the researcher decided to build and standardize the psychological experiences scale     This section included the research methodology and field procedures, and in harmony with the nature of the problem, the researcher used the descriptive survey method and (relationships) to suit the research problem. Note that the research sample was (315) trainers. (15) trainers were used for the sample of the exploratory experiment,  and (150) trainers as a sample for rationing and application, and then discussing the tools used and the steps of conducting the research, which included Designing a questionnaire The questionnaire that contained five domains (35) items distributed over the five domains, and an indication of how these questionnaires were distributed as well as the statistical methods used in the re     The fourth chapter dealt with presenting, analyzing and discussing research data using appropriate statistical methods in order to achieve the objectives of the research. In his study, the researcher reached the following most important conclusions and recommendations:

The most important conclusions:The measure of the psychological experiences of team sports coaches working in the sports and school activity departments in Iraq is a usable tool for measuring their psychological experiences search.
