Abstract

Summary of the research

The importance of the research is that when determining the future of a player in such an early age group and in a skill game such as futsal, and because the player needs very high skill features and capabilities for the possibility of using them in narrow spaces and in a small stadium area and under the pressure of the competitor and the public and psychological pressure, all of this must be It comes through special exercises to develop the accuracy of the performance of the skill of stopping the movement of the ball (quenching), which is the best solution and in a scientifically studied manner to confront all circumstances and variables and thus raise the level of players and obtain the best solutions and achieve the best results at an early date.

The problem of the research is that there is a lack of effective skill exercises that contribute early in improving the accuracy of the performance of the skill of stopping the movement of the ball (quenching) for players in the circumstances facing a five-ball player, whether the control is under his control or those that require him to respond to the external circumstances surrounding him, which Limit the researcher log in this problem.

The study was conducted on a sample of Al-Khalis Sports Club players aged (14-16) years, as the aim of the study was to identify the effect of the special exercises used in developing the accuracy of the performance of the skill of stopping the movement of the ball (quenching) in futsal football, and the researcher used the experimental method by designing the two groups (Control and Experimental) with pre and post tests and random selection by dividing the research sample into two equal groups (12 players) for each of the control and experimental group, as the experimental group used special exercises prepared by the researcher, as the experimental group used special exercises prepared by the researcher While the control group used the exercises followed by the trainer.

And conclusions were reached about the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the development of the accuracy of the performance of the skill of stopping the movement of the ball (quenching) in the game of futsal. The percentage of development of the experimental group in the research variable was better than the control group.

The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to diversifying the special exercises that are commensurate with the nature of the performance of the futsal game and its performance in different conditions, and emphasizing the conduct of research and studies on other samples and for different age groups in the game of futsal.
